Array variables interact
Projection height, base width, tip shape, pitch, density, footprint and total count interact with formula viscosity, filling, drying, demolding and structural strength. Increasing density or height may change process capability and is not automatically superior.
Backing and adhesive decisions
The backing must support handling and contact while fitting the formula and instructions. Depending on design, an adhesive zone or overlay may be evaluated. Edge feel, removability, pouch loading and application pressure should be reviewed together.
